Motion John\/Larry, passed<br \/>\nTreasurer&#8217;s report read and approved. Motion Todd\/Roger, passed<br \/>\nRepeater trustee \u2013 all ok<br \/>\n<strong>Committee Reports<\/strong><br \/>\n* Hamfest committee:<br \/>\nWe approved 8\/9\/2025 for the next hamfest. We discussed selling prize or raffle tickets, having guest speakers, and the possibility of hosting the State Convention. HCC approved our use or the Fire Training Facility for next year.<br \/>\n<strong>Old business<\/strong><br \/>\nNone.<br \/>\n<strong>New Business<\/strong><br \/>\n* Christmas Party:<br \/>\nCarriage Crossing will cater meats only: turkey, roast beef, and chicken.
